In case you were wondering - It's not Just the Programs:.
When you think Youth Consulting do you think Youth Group programs? We know programs and we definitely work on them with our clients/friends, but we spend most of our time working with you to see the systems within your church and help you build sustainable, healthy ministry. These systems are made up of behaviour patterns, structures, assumptions, and expectations for staff, programs, and mission within your church. We'll work on programs, but often programs need for improvement is symptomatic of a greater issue. For more about what we do, check out About Us.
