Cohorts
Cohorts are extended learning experiences that allow for peer based collaboration and feedback as you integrate new ideas and skills in your ministry
Cohorts are training for all who aspire to discover new ways of working with others to create innovative and comprehensive solutions to effectively minister in your own context.
Cohorts are built on the assumption – and experience – that seeking change calls for involvement, engagement, collective intelligence and co-creation to discover new solutions within our ministries and the world.
Cohorts are not for spectators. Our learning will grow out of participant contributions and presence as we support each other as co-learners.
We will learn by observation, experience, practice, using interactive processes to build a challenging and inspiring learning environment. You’ll be able to experiment and apply these tools to your own ministry, as well as develop and continue new practices that will last beyond this training.
