"This is the third home Kodi has helped me with. She has helped me sell two and buy one. This latest home, I had the opportunity to do some remodeling. I asked Kodi to help me select the right colors, tile, carpet, fixtures, cabinets and counter tops that would appeal to the most amount of buyers in this moment of time.
